Spencer is the host of the system, as well as a symptom holder for our delusional symptoms. He's consistently dissociating, which leads to high levels of amnesia.

Struggles

Spencer is an alter who lacks a strong sense of self and purpose in life. His personality seems to change from day to day, which has led him to believe on multiple occasions that he isn't a real person. However, Spencer formed like any other alter and has differing traits, opinions, thoughts, and relationships from other alters. This has been assumed by our medical professionals to be a rather severe case of Cotard's Delusion.
Spencer also has strong amnesia due to the dissociation symptoms he holds, which further feeds the delusion of him not being real.
